These 2 ACF Smooth Side 73'7" Baggage-Mail cars were delivered to Central of Georgia in mid '45.  One of the cars was painted silver for use on the "Man O' War" and the other was painted blue and gray.  Their disposition was not mentioned in the "Passenger Car Library.  Note that these short sides will require shortening of whatever core kit you use.
