This Pullman Standard Prewar Fluted 17 Roomette/1 Section Sleeper was delivered to the Santa Fe in July '38 for use on the "Super Chief."  The "Chimayo" was converted to a 48 seat Coach in '60 and numbered 2811.  The car was sold to NJDOT.
