These 8 Pullman Standard Prewar Fluted 4 Bedroom/4 Compartment/2 Drawing Room Sleepers were delivered to the Santa Fe in mid '38 and late '39 for use on the "Super Chief."  The cars were named:  "Tchirege, Tsankwi, Bacobi, Hasta, Nava, Saydatoh, Seboyeta, and Tapacipa."  The cars were never reconfigured and thought to be scrapped in '66.  Plan 4069A had smooth skirts and a slight difference in the shape and  window position of one of the restrooms.
