These are smooth sides for a Pullman-Standard built 5 Bedroom Buffet Lounge Observation. 2 of these cars were delivered to New York Central in '48 for use on the "20th Century." Both cars were sold in '68 - "Hickory Creek" went to Ringling Brothers Circus and "Sandy Creek" went to a private owner. One of these cars is currently in service on the American Orient Express.
