These PS 10 Roomette/6 Bedroom stainless steel fluted side sleepers were delivered to Southern (24), Atlanta & West Point (1), CNO&TP (5), Florida East Coast (5), Louisville & Nashville (2), Pennsylvania (8) and Western of Alabama (1) in late '49 for use on the "Crescent, New Royal Palm" and other trains. They had PS Phase II style fluting (included in the kit), and rode on 41-N-11 trucks. Many of the 46 went to Amtrak and many were sold to private owners.
