These sides are for a Pullman-Standard built fluted side 5 Double Bedroom Buffet Lounge. The roof on this car had 5 windows directly above the large side windows on both sides of the car. 3 of these cars were delivered to Seaboard Air Line Railroad in '56 for use on the "Silver Meteor." These "Beach" series cars went on to Amtrak in '71 and at least one is now in private ownership.Train Station Products now produces a core kit for this car (Walthers #732-872), so we no longer will offer the roof piece in this kit.
