Pullman Standard Fluted Side Coffee Shop/Lounge. Rock Island took delivery of 3 of these cars in '47 for use on the "Golden State." At the end of their careers on the Rock, one was scrapped, one was sold to a wild bird sanctuary and one was used for work train service.
