These 32 Budd Fluted Stainless Steel 60 Seat Coaches with a 14 Seat Smoking Lounge were delivered to Pennsylvania Railroad in late '51, mainly for use on the "Congressionals" and the "Senator."  The Pennsy designation for the cars was P85h and were numbered 1568 to 1599.  Two were scrapped in '68.  The rest went to Amtrak in '76.
