These 19 Budd Fluted Side 10 Rmte-6 BR Sleepers were delivered to CB&Q, D&RGW, WP, and Pennsy in late '48 for use on the "California Zephyr."  The Pennsy car, "Silver Rapids," ran every other day on a New York to Oakland connection.
