These 2 Budd Fluted Stainless Steel Full Length Dining Cars were delivered to Pennsylvania Railroad in early '52 for use on the "Congressionals."  They had 68 seats for Parlor Car passengers.  Pennsy identified these cars as D85c and were numbered 4624 and 4626.  The cars were scrapped in '68 and '70.
