Welcome to our store! We have been making HO and N Scale passenger car side kits since 1995, and are now pleased to offer most of our kits in S and O Scales. We are in the process of adding S and O options to each item page. If the kit you are interested in doesn't have your scale in the drop-down ordering list, just email us at webmaster@unionstationproducts.com and we will help you. The price listed on each page is the HO price. The drop-down list on each page will show what will be added or subtracted in the shopping cart.
We make undecorated plastic passenger car sides. They require a core kit (roof/ends/floor) or a ready-to-run car that will sacrifice it's sides, to be replaced with ours, to complete. They also need trucks, diaphragms, couplers, decals, paint and whatever level of detail parts you desire. We offer some of this on our "Core Kits..." page. All scales have some form of clear window material included. Any kits listed as "fluted" include the fluting.

This is a Southern Pacific Budd coach made from our sides and a Train Station Products core kit plus paint, decals and other parts.

New Items
This is an HO model of the Burlington Gallery Cars used in commuter service in Chicago. Some of the cars are still in use today. They are Item #9679-041 on the Chicago Burlington & Quincy page.

When you click on a product, these line images show window and door size and placement plus other details. Green and white lines are cut out and red lines are details. On pre-war fluted Pullman and small fluting on Budd cars, some or all fluting is shown. The large below-the-window fluting is an add-on part and is not shown on the drawing, but is included in the kits. The description underneath the drawings is of the prototype: how many were built, when, and what railroad originally ordered them.

This is an HO model of an Amtrak-California Caltran Surfliner car. The sides are available on the Amtrak page. We also offer the decals for these cars and the Corridor Cars on the "Core Kits..." page.

HO & N Scale Passenger Car Sides
This page lists all of the passenger car sides we currently have available. This list is generally in the order that we have made the sides available. To see what we offer for your particular road, click on the road names on the top of the screen. For Pullman Standard cars, the numbers shown are the actual plan numbers used by Pullman. For ACF and Budd cars, the numbers shown are either the lot number used by the builder, or in a few cases are the car number used by the railroad.
