These 6 car were delivered to Pennsy in 8 & 9/49 for use on the Pittsburgher, Golden Triangle and a proposed NY to Indianapolis Streamliner which never became a reality in ’49, but in the early ’50s when the “Jeffersonian” was discontinued, the “Indianapolis Limited” became a reality for a few years. They were numbered 4519 – 4524. 4523 was wrecked in ’69 and the rest were scrapped in ’70 and ’71.
