These 10 cars were delivered in 4/56 for use in various “Overland Route” trains. They were named after towns on the route. �In ’65, 7 of the cars were rebuilt into 11 Bedroom cars and given “Bay” names, all of which went to Amtrak. �The other 3 were retained.

FOR CAR SIDES ONLY: If you are using a donor car and replacing it's sides with ours, we will need the length that you need. Our default length is 11-3/8". Please put your needed length below. Also, if you want skirts removed, please state ALL for a flat bottom on the sides or CENTER to have the center skirt removed.

Model Union Pacific passenger service with our #4199 UP PS Smooth Side 5 Bedroom-Buffet Lounge parts. These 10 cars were delivered in April 1956 for use in various “Overland Route” trains. They were named after towns on the route. In 1965, 7 of the cars were rebuilt into 11 Bedroom cars and given “Bay” names, all of which went to Amtrak. The other 3 were retained.
