These 3 Budd Coach Lounge Observations were bought by Rio Grande from C&O in ’50. They added a diaphragm on the observation end so they could use the cars mid-train. All were sold to private owners.

FOR CAR SIDES ONLY: If you are using a donor car and replacing it's sides with ours, we will need the length that you need. Our default length is 11-3/8". Please put your needed length below. Also, if you want skirts removed, please state ALL for a flat bottom on the sides or CENTER to have the center skirt removed.
