This car was originally a Northern Pacific Sleeper and was rebuilt to contain 3 diesel generators and 3 bedrooms. It was rebuilt by BNSF which added stainless steel fluting. It retained it’s name, “Stampede Pass” but changed it’s number from 23 to 50, also made by us.
