These 23 cars were delivered in early ’49 and late ’50.  11 of the cars were to run on MoPac trains and were given “Eagle” names.  One car was painted for use on the “Texas Special” and named “Amon G Carter.”  All the others were in the “Rapids” series.  All were scrapped between ’67 and ’71.
