These 8 cars were delivered to C&O in 8/50 for use on various trains. Shortly after delivery, 4 were sold to B&O, which sold 3 to Amtrak in ’71, and 1 to LIRR. 3 of the remaining cars were rebuilt into Dorm-Diners in ’51, and 1 was rebuilt into a Business Car and was retired in ’67.
