Built in 11/40 by Pullman-Standard as a 60 Seat Coach for Illinois Central’s “City of Miami.” It later went to Amtrak.

FOR CAR SIDES ONLY: If you are using a donor car and replacing it's sides with ours, we will need the length that you need. Our default length is 11-3/8". Please put your needed length below. Also, if you want skirts removed, please state ALL for a flat bottom on the sides or CENTER to have the center skirt removed.

Model Amtrak passenger service with our #7440-R Amtrak/IC PS Smooth Side Coach parts. This car began as one of 3 Pullman-Standard 60 Seat Coaches delivered to Illinois Central in November 1940 for use on the “City of Miami.” It later went to Amtrak.

These precision-engineered parts replicate the smooth-side look of Pullman-Standard construction, giving you sharp, authentic detail. Available in HO, N, O and S scales. Perfect for Amtrak and Illinois Central fans and passenger-car modelers.
