These 30 cars were delivered for use in general service in 3 installments: Numbers 3137 to 3152 in '41; 3151 and 3152 in '45; 3153 to 3166 in '46.  An unusual feature of these cars was a 6' luggage rack close to the seats that left a blank portion on the left side.  Some went to NJDOT and some to Amtrak.
