These 4 cars were delivered in '50 for use on the "Alton Limited," "Midnight Special" and "Gulf Coast Rebel."  They were the only cars ever built in this configuration.  While GM&O's ACF Coaches had 6 wheel trucks, they decided to put 4 wheel trucks on these cars.
