These 4 cars were delivered to Pere Marquette in 8/46 for use on the “Pere Marquette.” All were sold to C&EI in ’50 where 1 was scrapped in ’60 and 1 in ’65. PM used 2 of these cars on each trainset; 1 on the end and 1 behind the head-end cars to make the train bi-directional by moving the head-end cars to the opposite end.
