This car was delivered to Santa Fe in early ’37 for use on the “Super Chief.” Named “Navajo,” it was retired in ’57 and donated to the Intermountain Chapter of the NRHS and displayed at the Colorado Railroad Museum. These original lightweight cars were shorter than later builds, so the core kit will have to be shortened (not included).
