#9621-017 Budd C&O Fluted Side Coach-Lounge

These 10 Coach-Lounges were delivered to C&O in 6/48 for use on "The Chessie." They were the reverse of #9673-017 so that the vestibules would be together to aid in passenger loading/unloading. They were numbered 1600 to 1609. 5 went to ACL and % to SAL in '50; all went to Amtrak.
