Our goal is your satisfaction.  If you feel you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so at:  webmaster@unionstationproducts.com.

Car sides are not a stock item and are made as they are ordered.  Returns for defects in workmanship or material will be made with the return to you of a corrected item.  Returns for any other reason will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping fees are not refundable.
