#400 IC Burnside Rebuild Smooth Side Baggage-Mail

6 heavyweight cars were rebuilt by IC into 30' mail-47' baggage cars.  They were numbered 400 to 405 and were used in general service.  These sides are protypical in length and will require shortening of a core kit.
