#4199 UP PS Smooth Side 5 Bedroom-Buffet Lounge

These 10 cars were delivered in 4/56 for use in various "Overland Route" trains. They were named after towns on the route.  In '65, 7 of the cars were rebuilt into 11 Bedroom cars and given "Bay" names, all of which went to Amtrak.  The other 3 were retained.
